Is the event accessible?

We're committed to making FC Pride in the Park as accessible as possible.

Wheelchair Accessibility

Most areas of Allegheny RiverTrail Park are wheelchair accessible.  A small portion of the pavilion may be difficult for a wheelchair to enter; however, this space will only be used in the case of extreme weather)  To access the dock and river overlook, you must use the path near the slides (there is no event programming in the dock area).

There are accessible parking spots in the main lot, and if those spaces are filled, we will hold additional spots within the closed-off lot near the pavilion. A volunteer will provide access for your vehicle.

ASL Interpreter

An ASL interpreter will be available for all on-stage announcements and performances throughout the event.

Sensory-Friendly Spaces

We recognize that the sounds and activities at events can be overwhelming. The newly expanded grounds of Allegheny RiverTrail Park offer many quiet escapes from the festivities. We also do our best to manage the volume of music and performances and to spread out activities. Speakers are used in only one area where the main stage and DJ tent are.
